    The assessment scope is confirmed across selected subscriptions and regions, with access validated and any planned workload growth, migration activity, or recovery requirements documented in advance.
  • Automated Data Collection

    Quota and configuration data is collected using Azure Resource Graph, Azure CLI, Azure PowerShell, Azure Advisor, Azure Monitor, and Recovery Services inventory, with no changes to the environment.
  • Analysis & Risk Scoring

    Cloud architects evaluate findings against Azure Well-Architected reliability guidance and Microsoft’s quota model, including regional vCPU limits, VM-family-specific limits, and capacity-related constraints.
  • Report Delivery & Walkthrough

How the Assessment Works

Scoping Call

We agree which subscriptions and regions are in scope, which workloads are production, and who on your side owns quota requests. You also give us your workload criticality mapping so findings get ranked against what actually matters to the business.

Read-only data collection

We pull quota and configuration data using Azure Resource Graph, Azure CLI and PowerShell, Azure Advisor, Azure Monitor, Service Health, and your Recovery Services Vault, Backup, and Site Recovery inventories. Nothing in your environment is changed.

Analysis

We measure usage against both total regional vCPU quotas and VM-family quotas, since a deployment has to fit inside both. We flag workloads that could be blocked by either, then check every production resource against its regional recovery configuration.

Findings review

We walk your team through the executive summary, the quota inventory, the workload constraint map, and the regional failover gap report. Every finding carries a risk score from Critical to Informational and a recommended action.

Remediation roadmap
