We prioritize accuracy and punctuality in all of our product delivery options, so we provide a 30 day product guarantee. If you happen to be dissatisfied with your product, you will receive your refund within 2-4 weeks.

SHIPPING POLICY
When an order is placed online or with our customer service representatives, the estimated delivery time depends on several factors (e.g., destination, shipping method, time of order placement, etc.). Most products ship same day. Below are estimated processing and delivery time frames per shipping method (depending on availability, products may arrive at a sooner date):
Electronic Delivery: products purchased for digital download will arrive via email on the day your order is confirmed.
License keys/serial numbers are emailed within 30 minutes of purchase during normal business hours (6AM - 4PM PST). *
After hours licenses and weekend orders are emailed up to 4 hours after purchase before 8PM PST. Remaining licenses are emailed the following morning.
For weekend orders placed after 8PM PST, licenses are emailed the next day by 12PM PST.
Ground: 1-2 days processing time. 4-10 business days for delivery.
Express Saver: 1-2 days processing time. 2-3 business days for delivery.
Standard Overnight: 1-2 days processing time. 1 business day for delivery.
REFUND POLICY
Returns & Replacements - Trusted Tech Team strives to provide our customers with superior assistance in regards to our return services. To ensure that our clients are satisfied with the product(s) they order, we offer a 30-day product guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, Trusted Tech Team will refund the full amount, minus the cost of shipping, on most new unopened items. If Trusted Tech Team discovers that it was an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping for the incorrect or defective item. Customers shall expect to receive their refund within 2-4 weeks. This time frame estimate includes the shipping transit time back to our company location, an authorization check and your refund processing time. Refunds are only issued back in the form of the original method of payment. If a customer has received an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part and would like to receive a replacement, Trusted Tech Team will pay the return shipping price for the incorrect item and ship the correct item out to the customer using upgraded shipping. We will notify the client by email once we've received and processed the product.
* Electronic delivery - Trusted Tech Team will send the product/license key through a manufacturer verification process to validate the product has not yet been activated or used. Once this verification process is complete and the product has passed, Trusted Tech Team will refund the purchase price of the product to the original method of payment.
*Open License - Trusted Tech Team charges a 15% restocking fee on Open License orders that have been fulfilled.
